Damaged or Defective: We strive to package items properly for shipping, but occasionally things can get damaged in shipping or is defective in some way. It’s our policy to always make things right. Please take a photo if possible and write a brief description of the issue and drop us an email.
Wrong size: Hey, it happens. Give us a call or e-mail and we can sort out getting the right size out to you. We know in the world of extreme toys, it’s hard to know exactly what is the right size and we ask that you only cover the additional shipping when swapping sizes.
Not what you had hoped for: Hmmm, this too can happen. If you receive anything from Cloud 9 Toys that is not a “special order” item such as high end racing harnesses or a new wing with custom colors you picked out, you can always send it back for a refund or exchange to something this is right for you. We ask that you only cover the return shipping and we do not charge a re-stocking fee as long as it is still new in the original packaging.
